Job summary

AstraZeneca plc is seeking a Planner/Scheduler for our GMP manufacturing facilities. You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance planning, manage MRO storeroom operations, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Production, Quality, Procurement and Engineering.

Responsibilities include developing integrated schedules, ensuring material availability, maintaining CMMS data, and driving improvements in maintenance efficiency while complying with GMP, EHS, and data integrity standards.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in MRO inventory or maintenance planning.
• Experience with CMMS platforms (SAP, Blue Mountain, Veeva or equivalent).
• Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated schedules for preventive and corrective maintenance and reliability work.
• Manage daily MRO storeroom operations and inventory controls.
• Coordinate cross-functional maintenance activities to minimize production disruption.
• Maintain accurate inventory and maintenance data in the CMMS.
