Job summary

Abzena is seeking a Maintenance Planning & CMMS Coordinator to optimize the CMMS, plan preventive maintenance, and support reliability across GMP-regulated operations. You will liaise with Engineering, Facilities, Validation, Manufacturing, Quality, and external contractors to maximize uptime and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years in maintenance planning or CMMS, an associate degree, and strong Excel/BI skills. Experience in pharma/CDMO is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree is required; a Bachelor’s is preferred.
• 3–5 years in maintenance planning, CMMS, facilities, manufacturing, or engineering.
• Experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical/biotechnology environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• CMMS administration including asset records, PM tasks, and work orders.
• Develop and maintain weekly/monthly maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance.
• Ensure GMP documentation and data integrity for maintenance records.
• Generate KPI reports and support CMMS upgrades and training.
• Manage inventory of critical spare parts with procurement and warehouse teams.
• Collaborate across Manufacturing, Validation, Facilities, Engineering, Quality, and contractors.
