Serán BioScience is seeking a Manufacturing Production Planner to develop and optimize the production schedule for GMP and non-GMP activities, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet clinical and development timelines. You will maintain detailed schedules, assess capacity, and manage risks, ensuring material availability, equipment readiness, and adherence to GMP and quality standards.

Formación

• 3+ years in production scheduling or planning in manufacturing.
• GMP environment experience is highly desirable.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain detailed short- and long-term production schedules for GMP and non-GMP activities.
• Establish priorities based on objectives, commitments, materials, and resources.
• Monitor adherence and communicate changes, risks, and recovery plans.
• Lead scheduling meetings and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Assess capacity, bottlenecks, and propose throughput improvements.
• Evaluate constraints in facility, equipment, labor, and materials.
• Maintain planning data in ERP/MES/MRP or scheduling systems.
