Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a qualified professional for a position in Lansdale, PA, supporting manufacturing operations in a regulated environment with a focus on automation systems and maintenance. The role requires collaboration across operators, management, and internal/external groups.

The ideal candidate has GMP experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Word/Excel, plus familiarity with Wonderware, MES, and SAP within a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a regulated and automated manufacturing environment; Pharmaceutical/GMP experience preferred.
• Must interact effectively with operators, management and groups inside/outside Manufacturing.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with production automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to manufacturing operations and monitor utility process metrics.
• Perform final checks for manufacturing facilities and utilities equipment per Preventive Maintenance work orders.
• Assist facilities team in ensuring spare parts inventory is correct and compliant.
• Manage waste removal and execute equipment cleaning; follow EH&S procedures during startup, shutdown, troubleshooting, and operation of equipment.
