Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Harmonville, PA, supports manufacturing operations within a regulated and automated environment. The role focuses on monitoring utilities, performing final checks, and assisting in spare parts management to ensure safe and compliant production.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in GMP manufacturing, strong interaction skills across operators and management, and working knowledge of Word, Excel, and production automation systems such as Wonderware, MES, or SAP.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/secondary education or equivalent and/or technical certification or relative trade experience
• Minimum of 5 years in a regulated and automated manufacturing environment, Pharmaceutical/ GMP experience preferred
• Must have a proven ability to interact with operators, management and groups inside and outside of Manufacturing
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• A working knowledge of Production Automation Systems (i.e. Wonderware, MES, SAP) is required

Responsibilities

• Provide support to manufacturing operations and monitor metrics for utility processes
• Perform final checks for manufacturing facilities and utilities equipment as per Preventive Maintenance work order
• Support facilities team in ensuring spare parts inventory is correct and compliant
• Manage the removal of waste and execute equipment cleaning and housekeeping operationsFollow environmental health and safety procedures during startup, shutdown, troubleshooting, and operation of equipment
