Quality Talent Group is seeking a Manufacturing Support professional in the Montgomery County, PA area to bolster manufacturing operations and utilities maintenance within a regulated, GMP environment. The role emphasizes collaboration with operators, maintenance teams, and cross-functional groups to uphold safety and efficiency.

The candidate should have 5+ years in regulated manufacturing, basic MS Word/Excel skills, and familiarity with production automation systems such as Wonderware, MES,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or trade experience may be relevant.
• Minimum 5 years in a regulated and automated manufacturing environment; pharmaceutical/GMP exposure preferred.
• Proven ability to interact with operators, management and groups inside/outside Manufacturing.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; familiar with production systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to manufacturing operations and monitor metrics for utility processes.
• Perform final checks for manufacturing facilities and utilities equipment per Preventive Maintenance work orders.
• Support facilities team in ensuring spare parts inventory is correct and compliant.
• Manage removal of waste and execute equipment cleaning; follow EHS procedures during startup, shutdown, troubleshooting and operation of equipment.
