Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Support Specialist to help monitor utility processes and support facilities during routine and preventive maintenance in a GMP environment.

Candidates will bring at least 5 years in regulated manufacturing, strong familiarity with automation systems (Wonderware, MES, SAP), and proficiency in Word/Excel. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a global health and personal care leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or technical certification or related trade experience
• Minimum of 5 years in a regulated and automated manufacturing environment, pharmaceutical/ GMP experience preferred
• Must have a proven ability to interact with operators, management and groups inside and outside of Manufacturing
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• A working knowledge of Production Automation Systems (i.e. Wonderware, MES, SAP) is required

Responsibilities

• Provide support to manufacturing operations and monitor metrics for utility processes
• Perform final checks for manufacturing facilities and utilities equipment as per Preventive Maintenance work order
• Support facilities team in ensuring spare parts inventory is correct and compliant
• Manage the removal of waste and execute equipment cleaning and housekeeping operationsFollow environmental health and safety procedures during startup, shutdown, troubleshooting, and operation of equipment
