Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a skilled maintenance professional in Ambler, PA to support manufacturing operations in a regulated GMP environment. The role focuses on ensuring reliability of utilities and equipment, with emphasis on attention to safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in regulated manufacturing, experience with production automation systems, and proficiency in Word/Excel. You will interact with operators, management, and other groups to maintain optimal plant

Qualifications

• High school diploma/secondary education or equivalent and/or technical certification or relative trade experience
• Minimum of 5 years in a regulated and automated manufacturing environment, Pharmaceutical/ GMP experience preferred
• Must have a proven ability to interact with operators, management and groups inside and outside of Manufacturing
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• A working knowledge of Production Automation Systems (i.e. Wonderware, MES, SAP) is required

Responsibilities

• Provide support to manufacturing operations and monitor metrics for utility processes
• Perform final checks for manufacturing facilities and utilities equipment as per Preventive Maintenance work order
• Support facilities team in ensuring spare parts inventory is correct and compliant
• Manage the removal of waste and execute equipment cleaning and housekeeping operations
• Follow environmental health and safety procedures during startup, shutdown, troubleshooting, and operation of equipment
