Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking an experienced manufacturing support professional for our GMP environment in Montgomery County, PA. You will monitor utility-process metrics, assist with preventive maintenance, and ensure spare parts accuracy, while upholding safety standards.

The role requires 5+ years in regulated automated manufacturing, experience with Wonderware/MES/SAP, and strong collaboration across teams. High school diploma or technical cert required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a regulated and automated manufacturing environment, Pharmaceutical/ GMP experience preferred.
• Must be able to interact with operators, management and groups inside and outside of Manufacturing.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Working knowledge of Production Automation Systems (Wonderware, MES, SAP) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to manufacturing operations and monitor metrics for utility processes
• Perform final checks for manufacturing facilities and utilities equipment as per Preventive Maintenance work order
• Support facilities team in ensuring spare parts inventory is correct and compliant
• Manage the removal of waste and execute equipment cleaning and housekeeping operations
• Follow environmental health and safety procedures during startup, shutdown, troubleshooting, and operation of equipment
