Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Hatboro, PA seeks a Manufacturing Operations professional to support facilities and utilities, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure accurate spare parts inventory.

Requirements include 5+ years in GMP-regulated manufacturing, strong interaction with operators and management, and knowledge of production automation systems (Wonderware, MES, SAP). Proficiency with Word/Excel is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in a regulated manufacturing environment, GMP experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with operators, management and groups inside and outside of Manufacturing.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Provide support to manufacturing operations and monitor metrics for utility processes
• Perform final checks for manufacturing facilities and utilities equipment as per Preventive Maintenance work order
• Support facilities team in ensuring spare parts inventory is correct and compliant
• Manage the removal of waste and execute equipment cleaning and housekeeping operations; follow EH&S procedures during startup, shutdown, troubleshooting, and operation of equipment
