Job summary

Legend Biotech in Bridgewater, NJ, is seeking a Training Supervisor to lead the training team supporting cGMP clinical and commercial cell therapy manufacturing. You will oversee curriculum, assessments and audits to ensure compliant operations across cross-functional groups.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in science or related field and at least 6 years in aseptic manufacturing with training or quality systems. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent technical discipline required.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in aseptic manufacturing/training/quality systems.
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA/EU guidance relevant to cell-based products.

Responsibilities
