Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, operations management, or related field preferred.
• Experience leading GMP manufacturing operations in aseptic/pharmaceutical/regulatory environments.
• Proven ability to lead multi-shift or 24/7 operations with weekend coverage and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical and long-range directives for Aseptic Filling, Preparation/Cleaning, and Packaging in a 24/7 environment.
• Maintain ownership across all shifts, including weekend responsibilities and escalation management.
• Ensure GMP, FDA, Annex 1, ISO, batch records, SOPs, contamination control, and internal quality systems compliance.
• Set performance expectations and oversee resources to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Provide strategic oversight for Preparation and Cleaning and ensure production readiness and sanitation.
• Drive operational excellence through Lean, Six Sigma, OEE, 5S, and continuous improvement.
