Job summary

NCBiotech in Durham, NC is hiring an Associate Technician to support Process Support operations. Responsibilities include preparing and editing operation docs, QA compliance, and maintaining equipment, with a Day shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM) and strict safety standards.

The posted salary ranges from $43,100 to $67,800, with eligibility for annual bonus and long-term incentive. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement (401(k)), holidays and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates preferred.
• Aseptic gowning qualifications required; TB/Chest X-ray as per policy.
• Experience with GMP and GDP basics; documentation focused roles.

Responsibilities

• Supports team as operations expert through process performance qualification into commercial manufacturing.
• Author, review, and edit operations and technical documentation (Batch Records, SOPs, Job Aides, training) to support operations.
• Identify and address compliance, environmental, safety, and process deviations; coordinate with relevant personnel.
• Participate in teams activities like Kaizen events and quality/safety initiatives.
• Maintain equipment knowledge and ensure accurate recordkeeping and housekeeping.
