Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Manufacturing Process Technician I at the North Carolina facility. The role involves hands-on manufacturing of drug substances under cGMP, with an initial Monday–Friday days schedule that may include work-from-home options, transitioning to a 12-hour night shift with every-other weekend.

You will perform setup, cleaning, sanitization, material weighing, and documentation, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs, MPs, JHAs, and CFR requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 1 year of manufacturing/regulatory experience.
• Completion of NC BioWork Certificate Program is preferred.
• Experience in regulated industries such as biotech/pharma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow cGMP procedures and SOPs in manufacturing operations.
• Perform setup, cleaning, and equipment monitoring on the floor.
• Prepare buffers and medias and transfer materials for production.
