Job summary

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED with a minimum of 10 years direct experience in maintenance operations and/or engineering, supporting a biologics manufacturing facility and associated equipment.
• College degree preferred.
• Experience working in SOP/governed environments with cGMPs and regulatory oversight.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure compliance with EHS, cGMP, and company policies during shift hours.
• Lead day-to-day Maintenance team activities including training, deployment, and work review.
• Develop and approve SOPs and other technical documents for Maintenance.
• Coordinate with Spare Parts to ensure materials and parts are available for maintenance activities.
• Support investigations and resolutions of Maintenance-related Quality Events.
