Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Devens, MA to lead daily maintenance activities during shift hours, ensuring compliance with cGMP and EHS standards. You will supervise technicians, coordinate tooling, develop SOPs, and support investigations of quality events while driving reliability initiatives.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED with extensive maintenance experience in biologics environments; college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 10 years direct experience in maintenance operations within a biologics manufacturing facility.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities and shift-hour compliance with cGMP, EHS, and company policies.
• Mentor technicians, manage training, and ensure proper use of maintenance tools.
• Develop/approve SOPs and technical documentation for maintenance.
• Coordinate with Spare Parts to ensure availability of materials and parts.
• Support investigations and corrective actions for maintenance-related quality events.
