Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of maintenance responsibility in a regulated industry.
• Demonstrated leadership in a plant maintenance environment.
• Mechanical background with knowledge of project planning tools.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead GMP focus team to close out high-priority maintenance and facility work orders.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly GMP Work Order Backlog reports and communicate to stakeholders.
• Manage contracts and relationships with service providers.
• Improve response time for demand maintenance in high-care areas.
• Lead Quality Assessments for high-priority maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Planning/Scheduling, Operations, Engineering and Quality.
• Drive continuous improvement and strategic focus beyond tactical execution.
