Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or two years' supervisory experience in a regulated industry (GED/HS acceptable).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Knowledge of project planning tools and experience using them.
• Proven plant financial understanding; experience with Continuous Improvement tools/methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate shift operations to ensure safe, efficient production of quality products.
• Provide direct leadership to production teams; drive performance and accountability.
• Maintain floor presence; give real-time direction and support to personnel.
• Develop team through training, coaching, and feedback; foster continuous learning.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, Abbott policies and site procedures; manage CAPA and investigations.
