Job summary

Immatics is seeking a Facilities Technician II to own HVAC and mechanical system maintenance for GMP-classified spaces supporting cell therapy manufacturing. On-site at 13203 Murphy Road, Stafford, TX, this role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting and adherence to GMP practices.

Expect to work 6:00–15:00, Monday–Friday with on-call coverage as needed. Qualifications include extensive HVAC experience, BAS/CMMS proficiency, and calibration/equipment safety expertise.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 7 years of commercial or industrial HVAC and mechanical maintenance experience, including hands-on air handling unit and built-up system work.
• Trade School Certificate or recognized technical certification in a relevant field with at least 3 years of directly related experience;
• Valid technical license applicable to calibration, instrumentation, electrical, mechanical, or maintenance work with at least 3 years of directly related experience;
• Associate's Degree a related technical discipline with at least 2 years of directly related experience;
• Bachelor's Degree in a related technical discipline with a minimum of 1 years of directly related experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot air handling units serving classified and unclassified spaces, including supply/return fans and VFDs.
• Maintain and calibrate BAS and CMS alarms, trends, and control sequences.
• Perform preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs per the maintenance schedule.
• Assist with deviation, change control, and qualification activities in GMP spaces.
