Immatics US, Inc. in Stafford, TX, is seeking a Calibration & Maintenance Technician II, 2nd Shift. You will perform calibration, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on laboratory, manufacturing, and facility equipment in GMP and non‑GxP environments.

You will coordinate with equipment owners, support commissioning/qualification efforts, and work with external service providers to maintain site uptime. This is an on‑site, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM role reporting to the Sr.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on calibration, instrumentation, or equipment maintenance experience; or trade school certificate or recognized technical certification with at least 3 years related experience; or valid technical license with at least 3 years related experience; or associate's/bachelor's in STEM with minimal relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience using measurement/test equipment and performing calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, or repair activities.
• Working knowledge of GDP (Good Documentation Practices) and ability to document technical work in paper/electronic systems.
• Ability to work off-hours or on-call coverage based on operational needs.

Responsabilités

• Perform calibration, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on laboratory, manufacturing, and facility equipment.
• Serve as the primary technician for laboratory pipette calibration, verification, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
• Verify equipment performance against established specifications and document out-of-tolerance conditions or issues.
• Diagnose equipment problems and coordinate with qualified service providers for specialized repairs.
• Support equipment commissioning, qualification, installation, relocation, upgrades, and decommissioning activities.
• Coordinate third-party calibration and maintenance vendors, including scheduling and documentation review.
• Partner with equipment owners and cross-functional teams to schedule work and minimize downtime.
• Review maintenance/calibration documentation for accuracy and compliance with procedures/regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support for deviations, investigations, CAPAs, and impact assessments.
• Support continuous monitoring systems and alarm response activities.
• Maintain calibration standards, tools, spares, and materials to support operations.
• Ensure all activities comply with GMP requirements and GDP.
