Immatics US, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician II to own daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC and mechanical systems for classified GMP environments used in cell therapy manufacturing.

You will work hands-on on air handling units and related controls, ensuring air quality and patient safety. The role requires extensive on-site mechanical work, with a schedule from 6:00 to 15:00, Monday–Friday, plus on-call coverage for manufacturing operations and emergent events.

Competenze

High School Diploma or GED with 7+ years of HVAC/mechanical maintenance experience or equivalent.
Trade School Certificate or related certification with at least 3 years of related experience.
Associate/Bachelor’s in technical field with relevant experience.

Mansioni

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC and mechanical systems for classified GMP spaces.
Maintain air handling units, VAV/CAV boxes, dampers, pumps, boilers, and related equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections per schedule and SOPs.
Document work in CMMS and ensure GMP-compliant recordkeeping.
Escort contractors and ensure permits, LOTO and safety compliance.
