Job summary

Yoh Life Sciences in San Marcos, CA is hiring a temporary GMP Doc Control Assistant to support our biotech client. The role focuses on scanning and filling controlled documents, maintaining internal training records, and ensuring accuracy of documentation. Shift is Mon-Fri 8:30-5pm with pay between $23-$28/hr, DOE.

This temporary position involves data entry, document control software maintenance, and training file setup for new employees within a web-based compliance system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with filing and document control processes.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Scanning and filling of batch records, equipment files, validation reports, etc.
• Check incoming documentation for accuracy.
• Sort papers alphabetically and numerically according to content.
• Create or update records with new files and information.
• Store documentation for off-site secured storage.
• Data entry in electronic scanning system.
• Be point person for documentation requests.
• Maintain the document control scanning software.
• Set up and maintain training files and complete initial training for new employees in Compliance Wire.
• Perform area line clearances for document control as needed.
• Review daily IT logs.
• Complete special projects and additional functions as assigned

Yoh Life Sciences is hiring for a temporary GMP Doc Control Assistant to support our biotech customer in San Marcos, CA. The individual is responsible for scanning and filling controlled documents and maintaining an internal training program.

Shift: M-F 8:30 - 5pm

Duration: ongoing temp

Pay: $23-$28/hr DOE

Duties and Responsibilities

• Scanning and filling of batch records, equipment files, validation reports, etc.
• Responsible for checking incoming documentation for accuracy.
• Responsible for sorting papers alphabetically and numerically according to content.
• Create or update records with new files and information.
• Storing documentation for off-site secured storage.
• Data entry in electronic scanning system.
• Point person for documentation requests.
• Responsible for maintaining the document control scanning software.
• Responsible for setting up and maintaining training files and completing initial training for new employees in a web-based system (Compliance Wire).
• Perform area line clearances for document control as needed.
• Responsible for reviewing daily IT logs.
• Special projects and additional functions as assigned
