Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Software QA & Test Data Coordinator—Biomedical/Life Sciences for an immediate 10-month contract. The role supports a mission-critical blood management system, with the work based from Tallahassee, FL, or remote per client needs.

You will create and manage test data, validate software, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with cross-functional teams in a highly regulated FDA environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience considered.
• 5+ years of software QA and testing experience.
• Strong experience with JSON and XML data structures.
• Proven troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience in FDA-regulated environments with validation and documentation.

Yoh has an immediate, 10 month contract opportunity, as a Software QA & Test Data Coordinator- Biomedical/Life Sciences within the non-profit, humanitarian industry to join our client, EST Remote, to report from their office based in Tallahassee, FL

• $65hr. max hourly rate
• Seeking a QA professional with expertise in software validation, test data management (JSON/XML), and FDA-regulated environments to support testing and deployment of a mission-critical blood management system

What You Will Be Doing

• Create and manage test data (seed data) to support software testing, user validation, and system readiness activities.
• Analyze seed data requests, determine the appropriate creation method, and build accurate test records using JSON, XML, and other data structures.
• Investigate testing issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve data-related problems before escalating to software vendors or project teams.
• Support software validation, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities within a complex, FDA-regulated environment.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business processes, maintain test environments, and ensure timely delivery of critical testing support.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience considered.
• 5+ years of software QA and testing experience supporting complex enterprise applications and end-to-end testing efforts.
• Strong experience working with JSON and XML data structures, including the ability to understand objects, variables, relationships, and data syntax.
• Proven troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills, with the ability to identify whether issues stem from application functionality, configuration, or data quality.
• Experience in an FDA-regulated, GMP, or other highly regulated environment, with an understanding of validation, compliance, and documentation requirements.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting aggressive deadlines with minimal supervision.
