SGMC Health seeks a Program Coordinator for the GME Psychiatry residency, overseeing day-to-day administration and ensuring accreditation standards are met. You will support residents and faculty, liaise with the Program Director, and help maintain educational excellence.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of healthcare/education office experience and familiarity with residency management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of office administration experience.
• Two years of experience in graduate medical education administration or a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of ACGME accreditation standards and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administration of the ACGME-accredited Residency Program.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and support residents and faculty.
• Work with Program Director and GME staff to maintain educational excellence.
