Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a health-related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience managing accreditation processes or GME programs is essential; familiarity with NRMP/CODA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accreditation activities, site visit preparation and execution.
• Serve as system administrator for residency/fellow data management systems (evaluations, duty hours, files, portfolios).
• Lead residency/fellow recruitment processes and candidate selection trails (NRMP, CODA, etc.).
• Manage program budgets and CME budgets; ensure compliance with travel and expense policies.
