Job summary

VCU Health is seeking a Senior GME Program Coordinator to coordinate and support graduate and undergraduate functions with program directors to ensure programs stay in good standing with GME and ACGME.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance/HR/Education or related field and 3+ years of program management experience, with proficiency in New Innovations and Kronos. Some evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Three years of program or project management experience in education or healthcare settings.
• Experience with New Innovations, email, calendars, MS Office, and web-based databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily GME administrative operations.
• Recruit trainees and conduct trainee evaluations.
• Liaise with the Office of GME, SOM Curriculum Office and ACGME.
• Prepare reports and maintain relevant databases.
• Participate in at least one committee to improve GME.
