Job summary

Geisinger is seeking a program administrator to oversee the accreditation and non-clinical operations of the Graduate Medical Education program. You will direct budgeting, data management for residents and fellows, and ensure compliance with national accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Comprehensive understanding of national accreditation policies and organizational policies.
• Ability to lead planning, recruitment, orientation and curriculum updates.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to ensure continued program accreditation.
• Oversee accreditation site visit preparation and execution.
• Manage residency/fellow data management system including evaluations and duty hours.
• Create and maintain systems to comply with accreditation requirements.
• Oversee residency/fellow recruitment and candidate selection processes.
