Job summary

Geisinger Wyoming Valley is seeking a program administrator to oversee accreditation, non-clinical operations, and financial management of the Graduate Medical Education program. You will collaborate with the Program Director and leadership to plan, recruit, orient, and ensure compliance with national policies.

In this role you will manage resident data, site visits, and curriculum updates while steering budgets and residency/fellow recruitment. Excellent judgment and initiative are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) - Required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience - Required.
• Strong capability in accreditation processes and program administration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to ensure continued program accreditation.
• Oversee accreditation site visits, preparation and execution.
• Act as system administrator for residency/fellow data management and evaluations.
• Maintain compliance with national accreditation requirements and GME policies.
• Manage residency/fellow recruitment, application review, and candidate selection.
• Audits and manages program budgets and CME budgets with policy adherence.
• Track residency and fellowship procedures and logs.
• Collaborate with GME leadership and clinic managers on education initiatives.
