Job summary

Centinela Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee the operational functions of its accredited GME training programs. The role requires a solid understanding of national accreditation policies and hospital procedures, with initiative and independent judgment in daily tasks.

Responsibilities include maintaining continuing accreditation, recruiting trainees, managing projects and databases, and communicating with faculty and residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of Graduate Medical Education (GME) experience preferred.
• ACGME experience preferred.
• TAGME certification encouraged but not required.
• Experience with New Innovations, ERAS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational functions of accredited GME training programs.
• Maintain accreditation compliance and reporting with program director(s).
• Coordinate trainee recruitment, data management, and faculty/trainee communications.
• Manage internal and external program relations and use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and GME databases.
