New York Medical College is seeking an Institutional Program Manager for Graduate Medical Education (GME). This role leads accreditation activities, coordinates program governance, and ensures educational quality across GME programs.

Working with the DIO and GME Director, you will oversee compliance, training, data management, and wellness initiatives, while supporting residency and fellowship operations and institutional planning.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include a Bachelor's degree; a Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
• Experience in higher education administration, including GME, is required.
• Proficiency with accreditation processes and program governance is expected.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support GMEC operations, including agenda development, meeting prep, documentation, and follow-up.
• Assist DIO and governance committees to advance GME priorities.
• Manage accreditation compliance and submissions per ACGME and regulatory standards.
• Oversee resident/fellow lifecycle activities and trainee records.
• Develop training programs for program coordinators, faculty, and leaders.
• Generate reports to support accreditation decisions and program improvement.
