Job summary

UK HealthCare is seeking a GME Program Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for the Radiation Oncology Residency Program. The role collaborates with the program director and GME Office to manage daily operations and ensure compliance with ACGME guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a BA, 2 years related experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. Some remote work may be considered; standard hours Monday–Friday with possible nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• BA degree required.
• Minimum 2 years related experience.
• Willingness to obtain TAGME certification within 3 years of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for the Radiation Oncology Residency Program.
• Collaborate with the program director and the GME Office in daily operations.
• Develop, initiate and direct a wide range of programmatic activities including planning, project development and management, recruiting, updating policies, and using MedHub.
