Job summary

Mary Washington Healthcare is seeking a Program Coordinator for the GME Residency. You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate educational activities, and serve as a liaison among residents, faculty, and departments to ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience with residency programs, and the ability to support policy and accreditation processes under the leadership of the DGME and Program Director.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate educational activities and ensure compliance with ACGME requirements.
• Serve as liaison between residents, faculty, and departments.
• Oversee residency orientation and rotations; manage schedules and materials.
• Support DGME, PD, and core faculty with program activities and issues.
• Maintain resident and faculty data and prepare reports and letters of recommendation.
