Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business, systems management, HR, healthcare administration or related field required.
• Two years of relevant work experience or TAGME certification may substitute for the degree.
• Bachelor's degree in business, systems management, HR or healthcare administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for UW Health's 800+ training physicians across 80+ programs.
• Oversee and timely complete institutional, program and trainee requirements per ACGME and regulatory policies.
• Manage onboarding processes and ensure compliance with GME systems and policies.
