Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a Graduate Medical Education (GME) Program Coordinator I at our flagship Detroit campus. You will lead educational project work, provide direction and day-to-day management of clinical medical education programs, and collaborate with the Medical Education Manager and internal/external stakeholders to advance medical education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in educational/medical office/administrative/project management environment.
• Strong data collection and data entry abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data management apps.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate department projects and formulate process enhancements to meet established goals and deadlines.
• Work with internal and external customers to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Manage data collection and entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Create, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks to meet timelines.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders using a customer-friendly demeanor and culturally appropriate etiquette.
• Apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address challenges independently.
