Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in educational/medical office/administrative/project management environment.
  • Strong data collection and data entry abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data management apps.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate department projects and formulate process enhancements to meet established goals and deadlines.
  • Work with internal and external customers to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage data collection and entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Role Overview

As a Graduate Medical Education (GME) Program Coordinator I, you will facilitate educational project work by providing direction, leadership, and day-to-day management of clinical medical education programs and initiatives. You’ll support the Medical Education Manager and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of department projects and initiatives, contributing to the advancement of medical education at Henry Ford Health.

Preferred Qualifications

  • TAGME certification.
