Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Texas seeks a Graduate Medical Education (GME) Program Administrator 1 to work with the Program Director and GME Office. This role oversees the GME training program and ensures compliance with ACGME and other accrediting bodies.

Responsibilities include managing conferences, rotations, onboarding, and data reporting while coordinating with residents and fellows. Strong communication and budgeting skills are essential for program success.

Qualifications

• Exceptional social and communication skills applicable to professional interactions.
• Ability to multi‑task while staying organized and detail oriented.
• Proficiency with ERAS and NRMP systems and processes.
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and be a self‑starter.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).
• Be an active participant in GME Team Huddles and GMEC meetings.

Responsibilities

• Performs all administrative tasks for the GME training program and supports the Program Director and residents/fellows.
• Develops knowledge of ACGME policies and requirements; guides accreditation and program management.
• Ensures onboarding documents and HR processes for new residents are completed promptly.
• Oversees program budgeting, travel policies, and program expenses per institutional rules.
• Maintains the residency management system and completes documentation for credentialing.
