Job summary

This role oversees the GME training program and ensures compliance with ACGME and other accrediting bodies, supporting residents and fellows with essential administrative duties.

The position involves coordinating operations, onboarding processes, budgeting, and liaison activities with internal and external agencies to maintain program excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• 1 year of Experience

Responsibilities

• Manage conference schedules, in-training exams, and program committee meetings.
• Maintain program data reports and action plans for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with ACGME policies and requirements.
• Onboard residents and manage HR and credentialing processes.
• Monitor program budget and handle travel/expenses.
