Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a Graduate Medical Education Program Administrator to oversee the operational and financial management of an assigned training program. You will navigate ACGME/CPME accreditation policies, manage budgets, payroll, and trainee activities, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure compliance and program success.

The role requires initiative, a solid understanding of GME processes, and the ability to coordinate events such as Match Day and orientation

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of ACGME/CPME accreditation policies and procedures.
• Experience with new program development and accreditation.
• Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Complete trainee payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on resident policy and disciplinary actions.
• Manage schedules and resident attendance for conferences and didactic activities.
• Maintain alumni database and coordinate CMS reimbursement audits with Revenue Integrity.
• Oversee the residency curriculum, competency goals, and evaluation processes.
• Assist in site visits, self-studies, and accreditation reviews.
• Process program budgets, justify expenditures, and monitor educational expenses.
• Support program events such as Match Day, orientation, and graduation.
