Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Strong knowledge of ACGME/ CPME accreditation policies and procedures.
• Experience with budget management and program administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in site visit preparations and accreditation reviews.
• Manage databases and websites (MedHub, ACGME WebADS, GMETrack).
• Provide overall program management for the GME training program.
• Meet with GME manager and program director on issues and projects.
• Administer specialty In-Training Exams and ACGME surveys.
• Manage the annual budget for the training program.
• Coordinate recruitment, ERAS, interviews, and Match activities.
• Collaborate with HR on resident issues and onboarding.
• Oversee website development and social media for program promotion.
• Plan events like Match day, orientation, and graduation.
• Ensure compliance with ACGME and hospital policies.
