Job summary

NorthBay Health seeks an Institutional Coordinator to support its Graduate Medical Education (GME) Office, reporting to the Director of GME and assisting the DIO. This role builds the operational infrastructure for a growing GME enterprise, handling accreditation, governance, onboarding, data management, and cross-functional collaboration with program leaders and faculty.

The IC will manage regulatory submissions, governance processes, onboarding, and reporting across residency and fellowship

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in Graduate Medical Education or healthcare administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ADS entries and submissions across programs for ACGME accreditation.
• Maintain GMEC calendar, minutes, and action items.
• Onboard residents, fellows, and medical students across programs; coordinate with HR, IT, and Medical Staff.
• Manage MedHub configuration, access, troubleshooting, and reporting at the institutional level.
• Support GMEC governance, meetings, and program coordinators with institutional processes and workflows.
• Assist with contract reviews, PLAs, and policy administration; maintain policy library.
