Job summary

Kelly Government Solutions is seeking a Graduate Medical Education (GME) Institutional Administrator for the NIH Clinical Center Sponsoring Institution in Bethesda, MD. This is a full-time, long-term contract position offering comprehensive benefits.

The GME IA will coordinate compliance with ACGME requirements, GMEC operations, and accreditation activities, while managing GME records and onboarding of Clinical Fellows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration, higher education administration, business administration, public health, or related discipline.
• A master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of direct and progressively responsible experience in graduate medical education administration, academic medicine, healthcare administration, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting an ACGME-accredited residency or fellowship program or related governance structure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate institutional compliance with ACGME Institutional Requirements.
• Coordinate accreditation activities and reporting for the Sponsoring Institution.
• Provide operational support for GMEC and subcommittees.
• Oversee administrative aspects of GME activities.
• Manage the GME trainee software platform and records.
• Assist onboarding and administration of Clinical Fellows.
• Train stakeholders on educational policies and procedures.
• Support quality improvement and collaboration across NIH institutes.
