Job summary

NorthBay Health is seeking a Program Coordinator to lead day-to-day administration of the Internal Medicine Residency Program. You will work with the Program Director and APD to ensure compliance with ACGME requirements and institutional standards.

The role requires strong organizational skills, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to build trusted relationships with residents and faculty. You will manage scheduling, onboarding, ERAS/NRMP processes, and program reporting from the GME office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, education, business, or related field.
• Minimum two years in Graduate Medical Education (GME) or healthcare administrative setting.
• Experience with residency management systems preferred (MedHub, New Innovations).
• Familiarity with ACGME program requirements and milestone-based evaluation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Internal Medicine Residency Program.
• Lead program leadership collaboration with the Program Director and Associate Program Director.
• Coordinate scheduling, rotations, and logistics for residents.
• Manage ERAS and NRMP match processes and interview logistics.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for incoming residents.
• Support program reporting and accreditation documentation and deadlines.
