Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Willingness to learn the GME process and obtain knowledge of ACGME and hospital policies.
• TAGME certified preferred.
• Experience in an academic health system is preferred.
• Three to five years of professional/administrative experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall residency office operations and maintain departmental files.
• Assist in house staff budget initiation and administration.
• Manage resident recruitment processes and interview scheduling.
• Disseminate and maintain GME policies aligned with ACGME/AOA requirements.
• Develop resident and program evaluation reports and track interventions.
