Job summary

Tufts Medical Center seeks a Program Coordinator for Graduate Medical Education to support accreditation, onboarding, and data management for residency and fellowship programs. You will liaise with DIO/GMEC, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely compliance with ACGME standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2 years GME experience with accreditation requirements and licensing.
• 2 years program coordinator/credentialing experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support GMEC meetings and accreditation activities.
• Maintain onboarding and credentialing for house staff and trainees.
• Manage data tools and reports for program compliance and metrics.
• Support PLA/PFA processes, ERAS, NRMP, ADS and budgeting data.
• Oversee scheduling, rotations, and IRIS/Ni data accuracy.
