Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a certified welder to join our manufacturing team. You will review blueprints, set up and operate overhead cranes to position parts, and adjust welding parameters to produce high-quality welds across multiple positions.

Must have at least 1 year of welding experience in manufacturing and the ability to wear a welding helmet for extended periods. Occasional overtime and strict safety standards apply.

Responsibilities

• Review blueprints and written/verbal instructions, verifying dimensions with measuring tools.
• Operate overhead cranes to position parts prior to welding.
• Adjust machine settings to achieve proper weld configurations across flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions.
• Heat, form, assemble, and weld metal components with precision.
• Clean finished welds using grinders, wire wheels, and needle guns.
• Cross-train and rotate across production areas, contributing both independently and as part of a team.
• Adhere to safety, cleanliness, and 6S procedures and maintain regular attendance.
