Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Kentucky is seeking a Precision Welder–Fabricator to transform blueprints into finished metal components and assemblies. You will work with MIG, TIG, and stick welding, cutting and forming metal to exact specifications while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role is full-time, in-person on first shift, with benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching. Prior welding certification (AWS/ASME) preferred and ability to read drawings is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.
• Hands-on experience in metal fabrication and welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
• Welding certification (AWS/ASME) preferred.
• Proficient with MIG, TIG, and stick welding.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan accurate builds.
• Cut, weld, form, and assemble metal parts using fabrication tools and machinery.
• Verify quality, tolerances, and accuracy of completed work.
• Safely operate and maintain shop equipment and welding gear.
• Coordinate with teammates to hit milestones and deadlines.
