Job summary

Target is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader to oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and lead a team in a fast-paced retail setting. You will manage tasks such as merchandising, stocking, pricing, and signing while ensuring excellent service and store standards.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to safety and compliance, with prior retail experience preferred.
