Target is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader in College Station, TX. You will guide hourly team members, oversee daily workload, and ensure strong guest service while maintaining product availability, accurate pricing and compelling displays.

The role involves coaching, scheduling, and supporting fulfillment activities to deliver a seamless guest experience in a fast-paced store environment.
