Target Corp in Amarillo, TX is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader to help deliver a friendly guest experience, oversee daily department workload, and manage inventory accuracy. You will lead hourly team members and collaborate with leaders to meet sales and service goals.

This role requires strong communication, flexibility for variable hours, and a hands-on approach to merchandising, pricing, and backroom management.

• A fast-moving, physically active retail environment experience is helpful.
• You are open to a variable work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• You lead by example, coach and develop hourly team members and hold them accountable.

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Lead daily/weekly workload to support department and store sales goals with guidance from your direct leader.
• Educate team on merchandising, pricing, sign accuracy, stock levels and backroom organization to maximize availability.
• Assist with pick, pack and ship fulfillment as applicable and monitor fulfillment reporting.
