Target in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader to oversee daily store operations and lead a team of hourly workers. You will ensure a premier guest experience, train staff, and drive sales through effective merchandising, stocking, and pricing execution.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and the ability to manage shifting schedules while maintaining a safe, compliant, and welcoming store environment for guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on Target’s guest experience commitments and ensure a consistent level of service.
• Train and develop hourly team members, coach performance, and manage daily/weekly workload with your leader.
• Execute store operations including stocking, signing, merchandising, price changes and ensuring product availability.
• Support back-office activities such as inventory accuracy and reporting to improve processes.
• Assist with safety, compliance, and overall store leadership responsibilities as needed.
